Use AI to save time.
I'll get it working properly across your team in one to three days.
I led the team that put AI to work inside some of the largest property investors in the US. On one project we cut four hours of daily document checking to fifteen minutes. Now I run my own company the same way.

Pick the one that sounds like your week. If it's both, we start with whichever pays back first.
More enquiries from your website
Losing a day to change one line in WordPress? I rebuild your website, then run and improve it so more visitors become enquiries.
Get found on Google, turn more visitors into enquiries and sales, and change your own site in minutes instead of waiting weeks for a developer.
- A review of what's stopping you getting found on Google and turning visitors into enquiries
- Your website rebuilt and moved over from WordPress or Webflow, using tools that let AI make changes safely
- Copy and pages written to win the customers you actually want
- A setup where you ask for a change in plain English and it's live the same day
I build it the way I built this site and TaxPost's. You ask for a change in plain English, I check it, and it's live the same day. No agency, no tickets, no rebuild every few years.
Your team, working with AI
Your people know AI could save them hours, but nobody has the time to work out where, or how to do it safely.
Your team using AI with confidence, a ranked list of the jobs worth handing over, and one small first project with the saving worked out before you spend more.
- Hands-on training built around your team's real work, not generic demos
- Time sitting with the people doing the work to find where the hours go
- A ranked list of jobs worth automating, with the time or money each one saves
- A scoped pilot you can run, with a clear yes-or-no measure of success
- Clear rules on which tools to use and what client data can go into them
- Shared ways of using AI, so the whole team benefits, not one keen person
The same method my team used inside some of the biggest property investors in the US: watch the work, find the bottleneck, build the fix, then roll it out so it sticks.
I run my own company on this
TaxPost is my company. It prepares and files the year-end accounts and Corporation Tax return for the UK's smallest limited companies, and it runs on the kind of automations I'd build for you.
Financial controls
- Problem
- Keeping a company's books tidy usually means hours of manual checking.
- Automation
- Automated checks review the company's transactions and flag anything that needs a human look.
- Outcome
- The books stay tidy without a weekly reconciliation slog.
Support inbox
- Problem
- A one-person company can't sit on the inbox all day.
- Automation
- Incoming emails are sorted and replies drafted for me to check before anything is sent.
- Outcome
- Fast, consistent answers without hiring a support team.
Website and copy
- Problem
- A website is never finished, and every change used to mean a developer.
- Automation
- The site is built so AI agents can write, test and ship changes under my review, and checks stop an agent inventing a price or a promise.
- Outcome
- Copy and page improvements go live in an afternoon.
Morning briefing
- Problem
- Running a company alone means a dozen things to check before you can start work.
- Automation
- Every morning an AI assistant reads the plan, the open tasks and what happened overnight, and sends me a short brief with the decisions waiting for me.
- Outcome
- I start the day on what matters, not an hour of catching up.
Finding customers
- Problem
- Small companies need help at one moment: just before their filing deadline.
- Automation
- Public Companies House data is sorted by each company's deadline, so letters can arrive when they're useful, and opt-outs are honoured the same day.
- Outcome
- Marketing that reaches people when they need it, without buying lists.
Research before decisions
- Problem
- Big decisions, like pricing or which partners to trust, need research a one-person company has no time for.
- Automation
- Teams of AI research agents investigate each question, and a second team argues against what they find.
- Outcome
- Decisions made on checked evidence, not gut feel.
Why me
I led the team at an AI start-up whose job was to go into the client's office and make the software actually work. Our clients included some of the largest property investors in the US and a global investment firm.
My team and I sat with executives and analysts, watched how the work really got done, found where AI could take hours out of it, then built the workflows and rolled them out together.
In 2026 I left to found TaxPost, and built it to run on the same approach from day one. I take on a small number of clients alongside it, so you get someone who has done this at enterprise scale and still does it every day.
Thirty minutes, no pitch.
A 30-minute call. Tell me what's eating your week or holding your website back, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
